What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You can also pay by cheque by emailing us at [email protected] and we will provie you with an order form.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).... i.e. it's safe as houses.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store however it makes life easier for us. However we do accept all major credit cards and cheque (see above).

Do you ship worldwide?

Sure do! Just ensure you select your correct country when completing checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed nationally are sent out 1st class and therefore will take approximately 1-3 days. International orders may take up to 10-14 days depending on your local postal service.

What t-shirts do you print on and how big are the sizes?

Our new range is printed on Mens and Girls American Apparel 100% fine cotton t-shirts. These t-shirts are slightly tighter and smaller than the average t-shirt size, and therefore please check your size on the individual product pages before ordering. Our sale items are printed on a mix of both gildan and hanes t-shirts and therefore please view their individual product pages for specific sizing.

Can I stock Priority Clothing in my store?

We continue to welcome new retailers to sell our products online or through high street stores. If you are interested, please contact Rich at [email protected] and we will provide you with our wholesale catalogue.

What is your return's policy?

If a customer orders the wrong size product or is not 100% happy with their order, then we are happy to exchange their item or offer a full refund. If this is the case, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a returns form. Please note, returns must be made within 14 days of the order being placed and they must be in their original condition and packaging.

Will you endorse my Band?

We get a fantastic number of bands asking for us to endorse them and we are always happy to welcome new bands to the Priority family. If you are interested in being endorsed, please drop us an email at [email protected]
